- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled game time.
- No photos or videos are allowed inside the rooms. A team photo will be provided after completing the game.
- Accessibility: Please note we are not wheelchair accessible. We are located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Changes: You can change your booking time for free up to 24 hours in advance. After that, a fee applies.
- Cancellations: A 50% deposit is refundable if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes late will shorten your game. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
- Confirmation: Double-check your booking details and location. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, call us.
What Is An Escape Room?
Time's Up hosts live action escape games where teams of participants race against the clock to solve puzzles, decipher codes and ultimately escape the room
Who Can Play?
Anyone can play our rooms, however we do recommend that children are accompanied by an adult. Some of the rooms have mild horror themes involved in the room. Please use parental discretion when booking.
How Long Does A Game Last?
You have 60 minutes to escape from the room. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your booking.
What Happens If I Get Stuck?
Your team can ask for clues anytime during the game.
In Case Of Emergencies How Do I Get Out?
Each of our rooms will have a ‘Press to Exit’ button. If you need to leave the room at any time, you can press the button and the door will unlock.
How Is The Payment Done?
All groups will need to pay a $10 per person deposit.You have the option of paying online when making the booking via PayPal or by credit or debit card.
What If My Group Is Larger Than The Recommended Number Of Persons?
Please contact us if you wish to book for more people than what we recommend.
