Our games are family-friendly, with fun challenges for all ages. Some puzzles will be tricky for younger players, and a few themes—like our Pursuit or one of our Murder Mystery games—can feel intense. But don’t worry! There’s no adult language, crude jokes, or anything gross—just exciting, immersive fun.

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund, no questions asked! We can also reschedule games up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Within 24 hours of the start time, the game can be rescheduled, however a $25 fee will apply for each reschedule. The fee will be payable at time of reschedule.

Yes! While our games are designed to be challenging and are recommended for ages 13 and up, younger players are welcome. Some puzzles may be tricky, but younger kids usually have a great time—they’re especially good at spotting hidden clues!

Children age 7 and under can come along with you free of charge!

A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 12 and under. Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Each gift card has a dollar value associated with the card. Select your game, date, and time. Then, enter your gift card code in the billing section under ‘Payment method”. You can apply as many gift cards as you’d like to a reservation.

If you have any problems using your gift card(s), please call us and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Game prices are per person and vary by location & age! Please visit our website and select the preferred location, game and ages of players.

Follow the booking steps and pay a $10 deposit per person when completing your booking online.

For parties, events and corporate functions a $100 deposit is required and payment can be made via invoice or on the day of your event.

We offer unlimited hints. Ask for as many as you need and there are no time penalties. Just help when you want it.

No, all our rooms have emergency exit buttons for you to use at any time.

Our games vary from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before your time start to checkin.

Unfortunately both our locations are located on the second floor of buildings with only stair access.
